Chronokinesis, also called Horokinesis is the superhuman ability to mentally alter the flow of time. With this ability, one could travel through time, control the speed of subjects' movement, change one’s position in space-time (teleporting), slow down foes, and speed oneself up. One with this power could even accelerate or reverse the aging process on any subject one desires. Another faculty may include the manipulation of personal time or speed (called Superhuman Speed).
